Pastor's Bio
Reverend Quentin La Mar Respress,
born April 14, 1969 to parents Reverend Donald D. and
Mrs. Ethel Mae Respress in Dayton, Ohio.
He is the product of the Dayton Public School system. He
has an earned bachelor’s degree with a double major in
Social Sciences and Biblical Theology from The American
Baptist College of ABTS in Nashville, Tennessee.
Currently, he is pursuing a master’s degree in Theology
at the Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio.
Reverend Quentin La Mar Respress
in the year 2004 formed ResQue Ministries and from
inception has sought to develop the Christian character
of individuals and this year will be celebrating 5 years
of teaching and training individuals to study God’s word
in the Mansfield, Ohio area. In the year 2007, as God
was making preparations for the expansion of the
Kingdom, was birthed the ministry known as Kingdom Power
Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio. Through his leadership
as pastor and founder, he leads the disciples of Kingdom
Power in ministry that is focused on “re-building the
walls.” Reverend Respress is a pastor who seeks to
establish knowledgeable disciples of Jesus Christ.
Reverend
Quentin La Mar Respress
is President of Congress of Christian Education for the
Eastern Union Missionary Baptist Association (EUMBA);
Vice President of Christian Education (State
Convention) and member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity
Inc., (Alpha
Rho Lambda chapter).
Reverend Quentin La Mar Respress
and his family reside in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
